Just a simple question I ponder from time to time. As if the bloggee is poised and waiting whatever next witty comment the blogger has to say. I think it is humorous and rather arrogant to begin your blog apologizing for not blogging in like three decades. The apology carries with it the assumption that someone out there in blogland is anxiously awaiting an update. Let’s be honest. They’re not. And if they are, and the highlight of their day is your blog than wow! Somebody needs to get a life. Of course what is there to say about the guy who is writing about the other guy who is waiting for the other guy to blog. Not much I guess.
