For my 24 brothers and sisters, you know exactly what that means.  I’ll be offline for a bit.  Me and a five others fly out tomorrow for Brazil.  We’ve got twelve hours of flying ahead of us.  As far as I know I will have access to the internet while in Fortaleza, however once we leave the city I will be completely cut off from the rest of the world.  No cell phones.  No email.  No blog world.  No __________.  Please be in prayer for me.   I am passionate about pursuing God’s will for my life but it is always tough when it takes me away from my family for a while.

Today was great.  I took Riley to Dunkin Donuts this morning and we killed a bag of boston cream’s.  He takes after my own heart.  I had a hot date with Kenly for lunch at the Golden Arches.  Tonight I got to take Emery to Walmart.  I know he got the shaft just don’t tell him that.  He did get a Lincoln Navigator to play with.  However, a wheel has already fallen off.  American made vehicles!!!  I also got to grab dinner with my family at Ruby Tuesday’s.  Today was great.

Oh, on the flip side of a great day, Michelle and I went to fill out our “Will.”  You know the thing that tells everyone what to do with my stuff once I’m gone.  That’s always a sobering ordeal just before you fly to some village that you can’t even locate on Google maps.  I take great comfort in knowing that God is in control.

Joe has set up a flickr site so that you can track with us via photo until we leave Fortaleza.  Feel free to shoot me emails and drop me some comments.  I look forward to reading them once I step back into the 21st century.

Thanks in advance for all the prayers and support.  It is much appreciated.

Jeff Kapusta signing off…unless I can get online in Fortaleza in which then I will update.

Lights off!
