This is the first Principle from THE STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE.

Each partner(employee) at starbucks is given a green apron and in the pocket of that apron is a small book called the “green apron book.” Creative title. In this book are what Starbucks calls the “Five Ways of Being.” Here they are:

how incredible of an impact would we have if the church was this way. i am amazed that churches don’t make this their policy enough. we have such an advantage to spread jesus to people.

If only all companies, organizations, employers,employees, and people, (myself included) would adopt this approach toward everyone they meet. What a different world it would be! I truly believe that our church is really making an effort to make this happen at Lifepoint. Keep it up!
