This past week we did something pretty cool. Two weeks ago our folks at Lifepoint wrote the names of friends that they wanted to see come to know Jesus. We took all 696 cards and tie-wrapped them to a chain link fence behind our stage.
After the first service a college aged girl came up to me and said, “my brothers name is on that fence and I want you to know that he invited Jesus into his life this past week.” I nearly crapped myself I was so excited.
In the event you ever wonder what Lifepoint is about…just remember the names on the fence.

This past weekend in the service we had to write a sin we needed to give to God and at the front we put it in trash cans. I just thought of you, I remember doing that at a youth service once. And this blog made me think of it as well.
