Jeff, a lot of people are always out there to arm-chair quarterback why you made it or failed. But coming from a sales side of life, the only person that will change these events is “you”. If you listen to people who have a map to succeed or why it will fail, turn around and ask the most successful people in the world if they follow this. The answer will always be “no” dont give up on what feels right inside. Follow what GOD tells you, not what someone else tells you.
As you have said before, we are all different and come from God different colors, gender and sizes.
Those messages will work for some, that I give but the rest follow their own path to be successful in what they want to be in.
Jeff you have a great oppertunity to make your own book to why plants die and grow from your own success that you will have. You have the best support staff, worshipers and family, so now add the food (you) and watch your church grow into the biggest plant in Wilmington.
