13 At 31

So this is a random post about how I never dreamt life could be so awesome at age 31.

These are in no specific order.

1. I didn’t know that having a family could be so much fun.
2. I didn’t know shooting my youngest son with a nerf gun never gets old.
3. I didn’t know I could be so passionately in love with my wife going into our 9th anniversay. (Baby, thanks for sticking with me through all these years!)
4. I didn’t know it could be so much fun to serve God with my friends.
5. I didn’t know surfing is so addictive and therapeutic.
6. I didn’t know seeing my wife surf would get me so pumped.
7. I didn’t know I would never get tired of watching God restore families.
8. I didn’t know Daryl does such a good Dusty Roads impression. (therious pain)
9. I didn’t know living by faith can be such a rush.
10. I didn’t know I’d be married to my best friend.
11. I didn’t know my wife would be so smokin’ hot after all these years.
12. I didn’t know it would be so tough to stay in shape. (gotta get back to the gym)
13. I didn’t know God’s word could be so fresh after all these years.
