I would add "...and ministry liberally." When I was a single/young adult minister back in Texas, I read Terry Hershey's great book, <a><i>Giving the Ministry Away</i></a>. It was a huge challenge but truly helps one "equip the saints for the work of the service." It takes more work, but training and leading with teams has far more impact than the Lone Ranger Leader.
