Hindsight #4:

Spend more time with unchurched people. Church people are great and they pay your bills, but if Jesus came to seek and save the lost than we/pastors should do the same. It’s not that church people don’t matter it’s just that they are already going to heaven. We need to help them (churched peeps) to see their mission is to join us in reaching the unchurched.  We/Pastors have to model this.
