The perfect blend requires not only the right ingredients but the right amount of ingredients. One of my favorite drinks at Port City Java is the Iced Caramel Leche. Not only does it make your tongue slap your brain it’s so tasty but its also a thing of beauty. Judging by my past experience, this drink takes some serious precision to make. More times than I would like to admit, I have received an extremely watery Leche. It almost ruins my day. Not today though. Kenneth at PCJ nailed it.
Teamwork and church planting are much like this drink. Too much of one thing and not enough of another can mess up the whole deal.
