It’s been said that Children are the future…Teach them well and let them lead the way! Well, at Lifepoint we think that is a load of bull! We think Children are the present and they should get the best in every way possible. I am excited to share with everyone that we have made the decision that the City of Wilmington and Lifepoint church deserve the most amazing children’s ministry. Because of that belief, it is an honor to announce to you that (drum roll please)…
- BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: As of August 19th we are rolling out our new PRO KIDS POLICY! It is our heart to raise kids that are passionate about Jesus. Because of this belief, we are doing everything in our power to create a Children’s Ministry that is the most amazing hour of a child’s week! We realize that kids learn best in an environment that is crafted just for them. I remember growing up as a kid sitting in “big church” with my parents thinking, “this is the most boring day of the week.” WELL…Not at Lifepoint! We refuse to bore our kids in the name of Jesus! Not only do we believe in creating an optimal environment for Children but we also believe in creating a distraction free environment for Adults. As of August 19th, children over 6 weeks old will no longer be admitted into the auditorium. Hand in hand with the new PRO KIDS POLICY, we are creating a parents room where the parent of a fussy child can watch the service. I am proud to be apart of a church that places such a huge priority on our children and our students.
- BIGGER ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPROVEMENTS IN CHILDREN’S MINISTRY. We are making changes in our children’s minsitry that will allow us to create an even safer environment for our kids. We have moved the security/children’s checkin station to the mouth of the lobby as well as added another checkin station to expedite the process.
