Great food–HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I don’t think I’ve ever been to a steak n’ shake that was adequately staffed. This particular one in St. Augustine has over half the tables vacant but messy which causes a massive unnecessary wait. This proves people will tolerate poor service for a good product but only until another option opens up.
Steak n’ Shake, this is your wake up call.
