Lately I decided to make my way through Groeschel’s book, “Confessions of a Pastor” again. A quote really stood out to me today:
“Somewhere on my journey I forgot that God called me…not to be like a pastor, but to be like Christ.”Â
Everybody has a picture of what a “pastor” should look like. I don’t care if I ever look like a “pastor.” I’d rather show people what Jesus looks like.
DUDE — I’m reading this book right now too and I can’t put it down. GEEEEeeeeeez. Way to go Craig.
