Actually I weighed myself this morning and the same scale said 182. I lost 3 pounds just by sleeping! My new book will be out soon called, “sleep off the weight!”
I think I will weigh myself in the morning instead of the evening.

A little “Run for the Border” if you catch my drift. really though I am inspired , I am starting a food journal today/tomorrow coupled with a diet plan a friend here gave me.
