I eluded the other day to the fact that I would like to shed some pounds over the next year. Believe it or not, but this was actually one of my resolutions from 2007. Resolutions aren’t worth the paper their written on. Anyway, this year I want to really try hard to accomplish this. I’m not sure the best way to go about it.  I’m sure changing my eating and working out have something to do with it.
 This is where I’m currently at. I don’t know which is more embarrassing, the 185.5 or the black socks!
I need you guys to help encourage me okay? The goal is 170. I can’t remember the last time I weighed 170. I think I came out of the womb at 175. Here goes nothing…errr 15lbs.

Think of it this way…. You’re DEFINITELY not alone on this journey!!! I think half the world is right there with you in wanting to lose weight! You can do it! Just think how healthier you’ll feel! Looking forward to the new series Sunday!!

Actually, the first thing I noticed is how small the scale was. Or are your feet just huge? I have a huge scale and my feet still hang off too! LOL!!!
The scale does look pretty small compared to your 10.5s.
