I’m taking a break. A break from coffee that is. This is probably going to be the toughest thing I’ve ever done. I am going to endure the entire month of January without any coffee. Yes, you read that correctly.
Why? Good question. I’m not really sure. I think I’m doing it to prove to myself that I can. I can’t say it’s for spiritual reasons although come another day or two I may be praying for strength. I tell myself that taking a break will cleanse my system, reduce my sugar intake, and help me cut back to a more reasonable consumption level. Who knows!
Just thought I’d let everyone know just in the event that I come off a bit edgy over the next month.

I quit myself but I caved in after trying so many times to quit. I do only drink it Black which does cut the calories out. Dont even try the de-caf
