I’ve got a confession to make. Sometimes I don’t give 100%. I’ve found that there are areas of my job that I have a tendency to cut corners. Usually I am tempted to skimp in the areas of my giftings.
I’m learning the difference between good and great is the last 10%. For me, the difference between a good message and a great message is one more review before I go live.
The last 10% is the icing on the cake. Only my daughters likes cake without icing.
What about you? What areas of your job are you likely to stop short and only give it 90%?
I expect our staff to give 100% and nothing less. I expect myself to give 100% and nothing less.

“There is no good in you, in fact your effort to prove otherwise defeats the power of the cross”
She thought it was funny, and suddenly felt a huge sense of relief.

On another note, post some pics of the new puppy!
Gerri Ross added these kind words on Feb 12 08 at 5:22 pmI visited lifepoint a couple months ago and I have to say that it seems like EVERYONE gives 110%. Everyone was fantastic and I loved every minute of it. It was the first time in my adult life that church was actually fun. God bless you, and your adorable puppy. I’m not sure what the whole icing on the cake thing is about, but I’m fat and I love icing with or without the cake. Keep rockin pastor kapusta. You are all awesome!!! God bless. Gerri
