Q? How do you find Pastors to Pastor you? A–Find people who love you, your family, and your church.
Q? How do you show loyalty to your staff? A–Remember you reap what you sow; enjoy relationships; express loyalty through quantifiable means; loyalty is a contagious environment.
Q? How do you know when to fire someone? A–It’s obvious they’re not getting it; they become toxic to the team; Depersonalize the issue; Do not tolerate strife.
Q? What trends concern you? A--The younger generations seems to operate out of anger; lack of a strong work ethic; lack of parental involvement in kids lives.

All the guys planted churches and have seen them make a major impact on their cities. The attendants were asked to text questions in and the lead team would answer them. I should’ve clarified.
It is always wise to seek advice from people who love you and are close to you, but sometimes you need advice from people who are further down the road from you…People who have been where you are.
