It is a privilege for me to introduce you to our new Lifegroups Director, Marcia Kearns!
(As you can see we have loaded her up with some Lifegroup resources. She’ll have these read in a week!)
If I could describe Marcia in 6 words that begin with the letter “E” they would be: Energy, Encourager, Equipper, Excitable, Elevator, Espresso.
Marcia is a leader and mentor at heart. She is extremely passionate about developing leaders and seeing people grow in their relationship with Jesus. During her “day job,” Marcia works as a mentor for the school system. She has been an incredible part of the lifepoint team. I am excited to see our groups grow under her leaders.

WOW! Excellent choice! Marcia is one of my fave peeps at LP. I know we aren’t supposed to have faves, but somehow I just gravitate to hard workers and Marcia is incredibly energetic!
