I just finished my second day of my hundredpushups.com challenge. Technically I should’ve done them earlier in the week but I was out hiking with 60lbs on my back(more on that later).

Today the workout was 5 sets of push-ups with a 90 second rest in between sets: 12>12>10>10>max (44) which came to a total of 88 pushups. I’m still a far cry from 100 but intend to get there and get my $5 from the catalyst guys!
