Today I finished up the first week of my hundredpushups.com workout.  I’m definitely digging this program.  Today my workout consisted of 5 sets of pushups:  15>13>10>10>Max (50) for a total of 98.  I love that within the first week of this program I feel as if I am already seeing results.

You probably won’t even recognize me in six weeks!

Okay after the 100 push-up’s then comes the 100 sit-up’s which I will join you on.
Jeff to change up things, remember change keeps it fresh. Try putting your son on your back for a few push ups. Knees on the floor and go down very slow for the burn then push hard up but dont lock your elbow, remember when you lock you put more stress on your rotator cup. Trust me you dont want to have surgery like I did to fix a rip cup, your never the same afterwards.

I did ten entire push-ups. I am so strong after those ten push-ups that I will be competing in Extreme Cagefighting this weekend against Kimbo Slice. He should be worried. Very worried.

Okay. So you blew the doors off week 1. I, on the other hand, barely scraped through it. W1D3 15>13>10>10>15. Almost didn’t get that last 15. Sigh. I guess all’s well that ends well (enough). Here’s hoping that by Week 2 my body realizes it’s not getting easier and gets with the program.

I just started this as well and I am definitely feeling it. I hurt for 3 days from doing the initial test. Thanks for sharing the link
