		<description>Okay. So you blew the doors off week 1. I, on the other hand, barely scraped through it. W1D3 15&#62;13&#62;10&#62;10&#62;15. Almost didn't get that last 15. Sigh. I guess all's well that ends well (enough). Here's hoping that by Week 2 my body realizes it's not getting easier and gets with the program.</description>

Jeff to change up things, remember change keeps it fresh. Try putting your son on your back for a few push ups. Knees on the floor and go down very slow for the burn then push hard up but dont lock your elbow, remember when you lock you put more stress on your rotator cup. Trust me you dont want to have surgery like I did to fix a rip cup, your never the same afterwards.</description>
