Here’s a couple stories from one of our amazing Dream Team Members, Esther.
I had a few really cool incidents this morning!
The first person who pulled up to the pump happened to be a girl who had worked for me before but she had spent so much time in my office crying about not making enough money that I had to call around and find her a job that paid more. She really needed to gas and was so very grateful.
I also met another person who had lost their job and was having trouble making ends meet. He couldn’t afford to buy gas and couldn’t thank us enough.
The last guy was someone who was being pushed to the gas pump because he had literally run out of gas before he could pull into the gas station. He asked me how much the gas was going to cost and when I told him that he had received a blessing from Lifepoint Church and was going to receive $20.00 worth of gas for free, he started crying. He didn’t have any money and didn’t know that we were giving away gas! I gave him a Lifepoint card and told him that he was truly blessed today!
