- We kicked off our Christmas Unplugged Series this Weekend!
- I loved it.
- Hal and Jen did an incredible job with the set design yesterday!
- 8 people turned in a card saying that they invited Jesus in their lives! Talk about a Great Christmas Gift!
- I pulled the plug on Christmas. Literally! During my message I unplugged a cord and it cut off all our decorations…it was cool.
- It was like old times seeing Chad and Rebekah on stage. I love those guys and are praying that they find jobs in Wilmington soon!
- Rebekah did an incredible job singing Oh Come Emmanuel acapella.
- Patrick also did an awesome job leading Marvelous light. It was his debut.
- I had lots of great conversations with people yesterday.
- One guy grabbed me after the service and said he wouldn’t fit in at any other church!
- Another lady told me that the reason they came back is because they find hope here!
- One lady wanted me to meet her husband. She told me that he never went to church but that he’s been coming to Lifepoint for two weeks in a row!
- We had two newcomers gatherings yesterday.
- Last night we had our Dream Team Party 80′s style at a rollerskating rink!
- We had approximately 150 people in attendance.
- You Lifepoint People are some 80′s Freaks! I’ll post pics soon.
- We had a blast.
- Can roller skates be anymore uncomfortable???
Needless to say, it was a long day and I was exhausted. My voice is shot…but I woudn’t trade what I do for anything!
