I work in the hospital and really try to treat my patients with kindness but I can get frustrated by some not-so-nice needs of patients. It is much easier to call for the nursing assistant to clean or assist patients because "it's not my job". This gives me a new attitude with approaching my job. It's not my job, it's my chance to serve others. What a great message!
