John 10:10 – The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
Question: Who is the “thief?” How can you defeat this enemy?
Application: Remember that the thief wants to steal from you, rob you of the ultimate joy in Christ. He wants you to think less of yourself, that you aren’t worthy of God, that you are too unclean for Jesus to see you as you are. Jesus knows who you were created to be, He knows what you are capable of. There is nothing that you can hide from Him. Seek Him, go home to His safe refuge and let Him wash you clean and love you all the while.
Will you let God clean you up and then follow Him? In what ways will you do that this week? How will you come to Him?
