Tuesday, 3 team members and I have the privilege of taking part in a gathering at Elevation Church called Impart. I was asked today what I am hoping to take away from this experience.
That’s a great question.
I thought about it.
Here’s my response.
I’ve had the opportunity to watch from a distance what is taking place at Elevation Church and it is undeniable that Elevation is experiencing a divine move of God. I am here because I want to take a look under the hood, experience, and be impacted by a unique move of God. I believe that God is going to use Pastor Steven and the staff to pour into me and challenge me to become a better leader. I believe that as a leader nobody should be more passionate about learning and growing than me. Simply put, I am here because I want to get better. I want to learn. I want to grow.
