I’m back in the office today trying to wrap my mind around all that Pastor Steven Furtick and the crew at Elevation Church poured into me and my team. Here are my initial thoughts…

• If I had to sum up IMPART in one word it would be: Exceptional!
• They kept the registration to 100 to allow plenty of interaction amongst staff.
• I was honored to be a VIP which gave me access to the “orange room” which may be the coolest place ever.
• Elevation doesn’t just talk about a culture of HONOR they possess a culture of HONOR.
• People met us at the cars and instantly knew who we were. They even said they had been praying for us by name.
• The event (not conference) kicked off with Steve Fee leading worship on the acoustic guitar. AMAZING!
• I will not discuss content at this point but I will say that Pastor Steven poured into us for the entire day.
• During the first break an elevator (their name for volunteers) came up and handed me my favorite drink from starbucks. Later I was given my favorite candy, Reese’s Cups. Then I was handed a bag full of hand written notes from my staff.
• As it turns out they have digital stalkers that found out everything they could about us so that they could honor and serve us. CRAZY!!!!
• Surprise guest Pastor Perry Noble showed up in the Orange Room and then shared a Q&A time with Pastor Steven.
• God rocked me on many levels!
• It was an honor to see so many friends and make many more.
• I’ve got some video and pics that I will be posting later. Hang tight.
• Elevations Facility oozed vision and excellence. More on that later…
• Pastor Steven will be releasing clips of the teaching on his blog at StevenFurtick.com.
• The event truly surpassed Information and Inspiration and became and IMPARTation.
