I’m laying in bed…I should be sleeping…my mind is thinking about the 26.2 miles that I am going to be running on Saturday! I have never done or even thought of doing something like this. My buddy Joe Sangl sent me the following facebook message:
“Only 455,000 people on Earth will run a 26.2 mile marathon in 2009. This puts you in the top 0.00758% of the population. ROCK IT OUT! Proud of you!”
If you think about it, would you pray for me and my running partner Aaron on Saturday? The gun goes off at 7:50am. Here is a map of our running route.

Good Luck Jeff! Is this your first one? I’ve lost over 115 pounds and have ran four marathons and will be running the Seattle Rock&Roll marathon in June for #5! You can do it! Drink even when you don’t need to, and just enjoy the experience!
