		<description>Hey Man! It&#039;s Pastor Eric the snoball guy.  It was good to see you at the Fuse service before Unleash.  I was hoping to connect with you at the coaching network lunch but didn&#039;t get the chance.  Just read your wife&#039;s blog from this past weeks message on conflict.  I felt like it was my wife and I looking into a mirror.  Would love to talk with you and your wife sometime about that stuff.  We are pretty much alone here in ministry where we are and could use another pastor friend to talk to about stuff like that.  Love what you are doing down there.  Keep up the good work.  Praying for you
